Superintendent Leonard Chapple, Sr. is the founder of one of God’s most dynamic ministries in Morrow, Georgia – VICTORY IN PRAISE Church of God In Christ! A ministry dedicated to the advancement of the Kingdom of God by caring for and ministering to the people of God. Superintendent Chapple has been a devoted husband to First Lady Shelia Chapple for over 38 years and is the father of six children.

He is a proponent of total family empowerment, youth development and education. As a visionary, with God’s people in mind, he has instituted such programs as Neighborhood Job Fair, Community Health and Awareness Day, College Scholarship Fund, Annual Graduation Awards Day and established youth reading programs. Superintendent Chapple presently serves as special assistant on the National Men’s Department Leadership team of the Church of God in Christ and Jurisdictional Coordinator of the COGIC Urban Initiatives. He is also the founder of L.C.S. Ministries, Inc. The ministry was birthed out of a need for stronger and more stable leadership in churches. The mission of L.C.S. Ministries, Inc. is to train and develop targeted ministries and professional organizations by providing them with the tools and strategies to lead on purpose in an environment of Godly character and social awareness.

He is a graduate of Beulah Heights Bible College and Beulah Heights University in Atlanta, Georgia with a B.S. in Biblical Education/certified evangelical trainer/teacher/counselor and holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies. Superintendent Chapple has received training from leaders such as Dr. John Maxwell, president of the Maxwell Company and Pastor Jack Hayford, Presiding Bishop of the Foursquare Church.
